Don't re-invent the wheel
If you have previously invested heavily on your current Quality Assurance forms and processes, build on it. Don't start from scratch. Our approach to going paperless is built on minimising waste and effort.
To transition into a paperless system generally can be achieved by simply converting our current paper forms into a PDF document, then they're good to go.
Using this approach saves:
- Recreating new forms for electronic use
- The need need to retrain staff on the new forms and how to complete them.
